Overview

Progressive Roofing is looking for hardworking and reliable Service Roofers to assist with maintenance and repair tasks on commercial and industrial properties. The role involves working closely with experienced roofers to deliver high-quality service safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems
  • Carry, load, and unload materials, tools, and equipment
  • Set up ladders, scaffolding, and safety gear according to safety protocols
  • Perform basic demolition or removal of old roofing materials
  • Clean up and organize job sites before, during, and after projects
  • Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE
  • Support in sealing leaks, patching roofs, and applying roofing materials under supervision
  • Communicate effectively with team members and report issues
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

Required skills

  • Previous construction or roofing experience
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
  • Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy materials
