Overview

Rackley Roofing is seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to lead and develop a team in the installation and maintenance of commercial roofing systems. This role requires a commitment to the company's core values, emphasizing safety, accountability, and teamwork, while promoting a culture of learning and growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the crew in all aspects of commercial roofing assignments
  • Assist team members with coaching and development
  • Conduct pre-inspections of job sites to ensure safety and compliance
  • Inspect completed work prior to manufacturer inspections
  • Ensure the use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
  • Apply and repair various roofing materials including EPDM, TPO, and PVC
  • Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Maintain a clean and hazard-free work site
  • Adhere to all company safety, quality, and production procedures

Required skills
