Rackley Roofing is looking for a Commercial Roofing Project Manager to manage commercial roofing and building-envelope projects throughout the Middle Tennessee market. This is a high-impact position for someone who can see the entire project-not just the schedule. You'll own projects from handoff and preconstruction through execution, financial management, customer communication, and final closeout. You'll work directly with customers, General Contractors, architects, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and our internal Operations teams to make sure projects are delivered safely, professionally, profitably, and with exceptional quality. What You'll Be Doing As a Commercial Roofing Project Manager, you'll serve as the primary company representative and business owner for your assigned projects. You'll coordinate the people, information, materials, financials, schedules, contracts, and customer expectations necessary to move projects successfully from award through completion. Own the Project From Day One Once a project is handed off, you'll take responsibility for understanding exactly what we've committed to delivering. You'll:Lead and participate in project handoff and preconstruction meetings.Review estimates, scopes of work, contracts, budgets, schedules, and project requirements.Identify potential scope gaps, contractual risks, logistical challenges, and profitability concerns before work begins.Review insurance, bonding, permitting, safety, and project-specific requirements.Establish clear action plans and timelines for successful project startup.Coordinate project-specific logistics with customers and Operations.Ensure required project systems, folders, documentation, software, and reporting requirements are established correctly.Lead preconstruction planning with field Operations to align on labor, materials, equipment, logistics, schedule, safety, and communication.
