They guide how we lead teams, serve customers, solve problems, and make decisions every day.We are looking for a General Manager who can model these values while building a strong culture throughout our Knoxville operation.What You'll Be DoingAs the General Manager, you will have responsibility for the overall performance and growth of the Knoxville market.Your responsibilities will include:Develop and execute a strategic business plan designed to increase revenue, profitability, market presence, and long-term growth.Provide leadership and direction across commercial roofing operations, production, service, sales, and supporting functions.Ensure projects and operations are completed efficiently while maintaining expectations for quality, safety, customer service, and profitability.Establish clear performance expectations for leaders and team members and hold the organization accountable for results.Review operational reports, financial statements, production results, and key performance indicators to evaluate business performance.Identify performance gaps and implement corrective strategies when objectives are not being achieved.Manage resources effectively, including labor, equipment, materials, and operational expenses.Develop strategies for generating new business and strengthening existing customer relationships.Build relationships with clients, participate in contract negotiations, and support business development efforts.Partner with company leadership to review operational performance, financial results, staffing needs, opportunities, and challenges.Evaluate and develop leaders within the operation while building a strong leadership pipeline.Establish and maintain operational procedures, standards, and expectations.Help create solutions to operational and customer challenges while maintaining a positive and professional work environment.Represent Rackley Roofing professionally with customers, employees, vendors, and members of the community.Foster a culture of accountability, communication, teamwork, urgency, and continuous improvement.How We Measu
