Rackley Roofing is seeking to hire Commercial Roofers for their Nashville, Tennessee location. Both entry-level positions without prior experience and skilled positions for those with commercial roofing experience are available, emphasizing the company's core values of accountability, humility, and customer focus.

Key responsibilities

  • Application and repair of roofing materials
  • Demolition and tear-off of existing roofing systems
  • Installation of EPDM/TPO/PVC roofing systems
  • Utilization of hand and power tools
  • Assist with service and maintenance of pre-existing roofing and sheet metal systems
  • Maintain and exceed safety, quality, and production procedures
  • Exhibit a friendly demeanor and courtesy to clients on job sites
  • Represent the company professionally to customers and vendors
