Commercial Property Manager requires: • Commercial Property Management, Commercial Real Estate, Property Operations, Lease Administration, CAM Reconciliation, Budget Management, Financial Reporting, Tenant Relations, Vendor Management, Property Inspections, Contract Management, Commercial Leasing, Tenant Improvements, Property Maintenance, AppFolio, Microsoft Excel, Portfolio Management, Asset Management, Rent Collections, Hawaii Real Estate License • Commercial Property Management Experience • Commercial Lease Administration / CAM Knowledge • Common Area Maintenance (CAM) experience is critical. • Experience managing multiple commercial properties. • Strong budgeting and financial management experience. • Experience overseeing vendors and operational performance. • Financial management. • Operational oversight. • Commercial tenant relations. • Ownership reporting • Experience managing commercial real estate, retail, office, industrial, or mixed use properties • Strong understanding of leases, property operations, and financial reporting • Excellent communication and relationship building skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail • Comfortable working both in the office and in the field visiting properties throughout Oahu • Strong organizational and problem solving abilities • Duties: • Manage a portfolio of commercial properties with a focus on operational excellence and client satisfaction • Build strong relationships with property owners and tenants • Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects • Coordinate vendor services and negotiate proposals when needed • Monitor property financial performance, budgets, and operating expenses • Review lease obligations, scheduled rent increases, renewals, and other key milestones • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain property standards
