Overview

The Commercial Property Manager at E V Bishoff Company is responsible for overseeing all Building Superintendents, construction teams, and outside contractors, leading them through scheduling and project management. This role involves ensuring property maintenance, tenant satisfaction, and overall quality control.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct daily building walkthroughs
  • Manage and coordinate contractors for maintenance requests and emergencies
  • Inspect property for maintenance needs and tenant safety
  • Approve invoices for payment
  • Oversee quality control of tenant alterations and maintenance projects
  • Interact regularly with tenants regarding leases and move schedules
  • Resolve tenant complaints and ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain and expand subcontractor network
  • Ensure timely handling of service calls
  • Communicate work order updates at Monday morning meetings
  • Collaborate with Building Superintendents and HR on employee issues
