Overview

RAMS Skilled Trades is seeking skilled and reliable Commercial Plumbers for long-term projects in the Tampa, FL area. The role involves installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems while upholding high safety standards and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

  • Interpret blueprints and building specifications for plumbing systems
  • Install pipes and fixtures for various liquids including water and gas
  • Install supports for pipes, equipment, and fixtures
  • Assemble fittings and valves for installation
  • Modify length of pipes and fixtures as needed
  • Follow health and safety standards and comply with building codes

Required skills

  • 3+ years of commercial plumbing experience
  • Ability to work well with others and take instruction
  • Capability to work a 40-hour workweek
  • Strong knowledge of job site safety (OSHA 10 or 30 preferred)
  • Must have all tools required for the trade
  • Ability to pass background and drug tests
  • Own reliable transportation
