Overview

RAMS Skilled Trades is seeking skilled and reliable Commercial Plumbers for long-term projects in the Miami, FL area. The role involves installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, with a focus on safety and efficiency on diverse commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Interpret blueprints and building specifications for plumbing layout
  • Install pipes and fixtures such as sinks and toilets
  • Install supports for pipes, equipment, and fixtures
  • Assemble fittings and valves for installation
  • Modify length of pipes and fixtures as needed
  • Follow health and safety standards and comply with building codes

Required skills

  • 3 years of commercial plumbing experience
  • Strong working knowledge of job site safety (OSHA 10 or 30 preferred)
  • Ability to work well with others and follow instruction
  • Ability to work a 40-hour workweek
  • Must have all necessary tools for the trade
  • Must pass background and drug test
  • Own reliable transportation
