Sprague Pest Solutions is seeking a Commercial Pest Control Technician (Route Manager) to manage a dedicated route of commercial clients in Grand Junction, Colorado. This role involves providing pest control and inspection services, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring high standards of quality and responsiveness in pest management.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a dedicated route of commercial clients and ensure timely pest management solutions.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to client complaints and service requests.
  • Provide excellent pest control and inspection services with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Seek opportunities to expand accounts and increase sales through referrals and discussions of add-on services.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized service vehicle.
  • Engage in regular training sessions for ongoing professional development.

Required skills
