This role involves managing a dedicated route of commercial clients, providing pest control and inspection services, and building strong relationships with clients to address their pest issues effectively.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a dedicated route of commercial clients and ensure timely pest control services
  • Provide top-notch inspection services at client locations
  • Respond professionally to client complaints and service requests
  • Seek opportunities to grow accounts and discuss add-on services
  • Engage in regular training sessions to earn certifications and stay updated on pest control methods
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized company service vehicle

Required skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Attention to detail and high standards of work quality
  • 2 years of experience in route sales or customer service roles
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record
