Sprague Pest Solutions is seeking a Route Manager for their Grand Junction, Colorado location. This role involves managing a dedicated route of commercial clients, providing pest control services, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be proactive in addressing client needs and will enjoy working independently while contributing to the team's success.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a dedicated route of commercial clients
  • Provide pest control and inspection services at client locations
  • Respond quickly and professionally to client complaints and service requests
  • Seek out opportunities to expand accounts and branch sales
  • Maintain a clean and organized company service vehicle
  • Engage in regular training sessions to earn certifications

Required skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Attention to detail and high standards of work quality
  • 2+ years experience in route sales, facilities management, or customer service
  • Valid Driver's License and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record
  • Ability to pass background screening and DOT physical standards
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
