Sprague Pest Solutions is seeking a Route Manager to join their team in Reno, Nevada. The role focuses on providing expert pest control and inspection services to commercial clients across various industries, ensuring public health and safety. The ideal candidate will enjoy problem-solving, possess strong communication skills, and be committed to customer service while working both independently and as part of a team.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a dedicated route of commercial clients.
  • Provide expert pest control and inspection services.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to service requests and complaints.
  • Adapt schedule to meet client needs, including urgent and unscheduled services.
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts by asking for referrals and supporting the sales team.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked company vehicle.
  • Engage in ongoing training to earn and maintain pest control certifications.

Required skills

  • 2+ years experience in route sales, facilities management, or customer service
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory motor vehicle record
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and high standards of work quality
