Overview

ServiceMaster of Tacoma is looking for a motivated Commercial Outside Sales Executive to join their growing Sales Team in Seattle, WA. This full-time, field-based role centers on building and maintaining relationships with commercial clients across various sectors. The successful candidate will play a key role in business development efforts while supporting a culture of professionalism and teamwork.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with commercial clients including government agencies, schools, medical facilities, and property managers.
  • Actively prospect and develop new commercial accounts within an assigned territory through regular visits and networking.
  • Represent ServiceMaster of Tacoma professionally in all client and community interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
  • Enter and maintain accurate client and activity data in CRM systems.
  • Travel between accounts and offices for business development efforts.
  • Contribute to a team culture of professionalism and positivity.
