Overview

TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking a full-time Mobile Maintenance Technician to serve clients in the Columbus, Ohio region. The role involves performing various maintenance tasks, including general carpentry, light electrical and plumbing repairs, and HVAC maintenance support, all while ensuring a high standard of service within a team-oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Work courteously with a team of technicians across various client locations
  • Perform general maintenance tasks related to light electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs
  • Support general diagnostics within a variety of facility footprints
  • Conduct general carpentry tasks including patching, painting, and drywall
  • Safely operate and maintain equipment and tools, including gas-powered equipment
  • Maintain detailed records of landscaping, maintenance, repair, and testing activities
  • Maintain truck stock and inventory within company guidelines
  • Use computer systems to modify and monitor work order management
  • Complete other tasks as assigned

Required skills

  • 3+ years' experience in Commercial Facilities Maintenance or Landscaping Services
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Highly organized with effective time management skills
  • Ability to self-manage and perform tasks beyond satisfaction
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
