Overview

TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking a full-time Mobile Maintenance Technician for the Columbus, Ohio region. The role involves performing a variety of maintenance tasks including general carpentry, light electrical and plumbing work, and HVAC maintenance to support various facilities. The technician will work as part of a team and is expected to maintain a balance of teamwork and delivering excellent service to customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform general maintenance tasks including light electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs
  • Support diagnostics within various facility footprints
  • Execute carpentry tasks such as patching, painting, and drywall installation
  • Operate and maintain equipment including gas-powered tools
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair activities
  • Manage inventory and maintain truck stock within company guidelines
  • Use computer systems to modify and monitor work orders
  • Collaborate courteously with a team of technicians

Required skills

  • 3+ years of experience in Commercial Facilities Maintenance and/or Landscaping Services
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to self-manage and meet essential duties
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
