Overview

Property Management, Inc. is seeking a full-time Commercial Maintenance Technician to join their team in University Park, Pennsylvania. This position is part of the Maintenance Division within a growing employee-owned company that has been in business for over 55 years and manages a significant portfolio of real estate assets.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform commercial maintenance in office buildings
  • Conduct preventative maintenance
  • Manage grounds maintenance
  • Troubleshoot light electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues
  • Provide customer service
  • Participate in rotating on-call schedule

Required skills

  • Prior maintenance experience
  • Valid PA Drivers License
  • Reliable and insured transportation
  • High School Diploma or GED
