Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year A bit about us: Our client is a boutique Texas law firm that represents businesses, investors, developers, contractors, and property owners in disputes where real money and real relationships are on the line. The practice centers on commercial and real estate litigation, contract and construction disputes, and business matters that need an experienced trial lawyer. The firm is led by a principal attorney who holds multiple board certifications and still tries cases personally. The team is small by design. Attorneys here handle matters from the first client call through resolution rather than passing work down a long chain of command. Clients get direct access to their lawyers, honest assessments of risk, and a strategy they help shape. The firm has offices in two of the largest legal markets in the state and a reputation for getting results through preparation and persistence. Why join us? Real ownership of your cases. You will manage your own docket, draft and argue motions, take and defend depositions, and build a genuine courtroom track record, rather than spending years on discovery review. Direct mentorship from a trial lawyer. You will work closely with a principal who is board certified and active in court, with regular exposure to strategy decisions and client conversations. A path to grow. In a lean firm, strong performers take on larger matters, more client relationships, and more responsibility quickly. Interesting, varied work. Expect a mix of title and lien disputes, contract and business conflicts, construction claims, and landlord tenant and real estate matters across commercial and residential clients. A team culture built on communication. The firm values candor, responsiveness, and clients who feel informed at every stage.
