Candidate Profile JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.Active Bar Admission in Washington, in good standing, or the ability to waive in, is required.4-6 years of substantive experience in commercial litigation, either through a law firm or clerkship.Litigation Experience: Excel in drafting, discovery, motion practice, and court appearances for complex business disputes.Consumer, product liability, and/or employment related class action experience is preferred Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters effectively Soft Skills: Excellent writing, research, and interpersonal skillsKey Responsibilities Represent clients in a broad range of consumer and wage and hour class action matters in State and Federal Courts.Draft pleadings, prepare discovery, and manage motion practice in high-stakes litigation.Collaborate closely with partners and clients in a fast-paced, team-driven environmentWork directly with clients to provide practical, business-oriented legal counselManage cases through all stages of litigation, including fact development, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and appealsConduct legal research and prepare memoranda, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related documentsDevelop case strategies and collaborate with partners on high-stakes disputesWhy Join Us?
