Overview

Royalty Insurance is looking for a results-driven Commercial Lines Account Executive to manage and expand a strategic book of business. This hybrid role combines high-level account management with proactive sales, emphasizing retention and the generation of new business premiums each month.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned book of business to maintain a 90%+ retention rate through proactive account reviews and extraordinary service.
  • Generate new business leads and premium production consistently month-over-month.
  • Identify coverage gaps and account rounding opportunities to increase revenue per client.
  • Analyze commercial risks, market accounts to carriers, and present comprehensive proposals to prospects and existing clients.
  • Maintain a disciplined sales process, responding to inquiries quickly and achieving a high closing ratio.

Required skills

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License
  • Proven ability to hit retention targets and meet monthly sales production goals
  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial coverages
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in agency management systems

What the company offers

  • Base salary of $65,000 - $85,000 based on experience
  • Uncapped commission on new business and growth
