Overview

Talent Software Services is seeking a Commercial Lending Analyst for a contract position in Lake Elmo, MN. The role will involve supporting and managing commercial banking applications while collaborating with internal clients to address their business needs and enhance user experiences.

Key responsibilities

  • Support and manage commercial lending applications such as Abrigo, Laser Pro, and CML
  • Assist internal clients in achieving business objectives through application development and support
  • Integrate and support third-party solutions in collaboration with vendors
  • Write specifications for new application needs and implement necessary changes
  • Conduct monitoring and testing of new releases and systems
  • Analyze system logic and make recommendations for enhancements
  • Prepare documentation for compliance and regulatory agencies
  • Build partnerships with stakeholders to enhance application knowledge and support
  • Provide superior customer service to clients and resolve application issues

Required skills

  • 5-6+ years of experience with Commercial Loan Origination Systems
  • Expert-level knowledge of Abrigo and Laser Pro
  • Bachelor's degree in computer information systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • Professional experience in banking and financial systems
  • Understanding of the Software Development Lifecyle (SDLC) and Agile practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
