Overview

TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking a Seasonal Commercial Landscape/Lawn Technician to support their operations in Northern Cincinnati from May to September 2026. The role combines a commitment to excellence with teamwork in maintaining commercial properties, providing opportunities for career advancement for qualified individuals.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with weekly lawn maintenance and landscape projects
  • Inspect exterior properties and grounds
  • Prepare grounds for seasonal changes, working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Weed flowerbeds and trim bushes or trees
  • Provide support for seasonal floral care and installation
  • Safely operate and maintain gas-powered landscaping equipment
  • Collaborate courteously with the facilities team and customers
  • Perform other tasks to support ongoing facilities activities

Required skills

  • 1+ year Commercial Grounds/Lawn Maintenance experience
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Effective communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
  • Ability to self-manage and meet performance expectations
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
