Overview

Elevation Consulting Solution is looking for a Commercial Construction Superintendent to join their team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will oversee commercial construction projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project timelines are met
  • Manage project budgets and implement cost-effective solutions
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues

Required skills

  • Experience in general construction and commercial building projects
  • Proficiency in take-offs, PlanSwift, and change orders
  • Knowledge of punch out lists, pre-construction, and metal framing
  • Ability to work with construction drawings, submittals, and Prolog software
  • Strong skills in scope development, building construction, and project closeout
  • Nice to have skills: Experience with PlanGrid and multi-family construction projects
  • Familiarity with blueprint reading and building information modeling
