What You'll Do As a Project Manager, you'll oversee multiple commercial construction projects while serving as the primary link between clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and field operations. Key Responsibilities Lead projects from preconstruction through closeoutDevelop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft ProjectManage project budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and financial reportingPartner closely with Superintendents to ensure successful project executionConduct and lead Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetingsReview plans and specifications for constructability, scheduling impacts, and value engineering opportunitiesCollaborate with estimating during budgeting and buyout phasesManage subcontractor and supplier relationshipsExpedite and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationEnsure timely procurement of materials and long-lead itemsMonitor project quality, safety, and schedule performanceOversee municipal inspections, testing, and compliance requirementsManage monthly owner billings and project financial reportingMaintain accurate project records and closeout documentationSupport the successful delivery of multiple projects simultaneously What Makes Someone Successful at ECI The ideal candidate is:Highly organized and detail-orientedA strong communicator who can build relationships with clients and trade partnersAccountable and proactive in solving problemsComfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneouslyDriven to continuously improve both personally and professionallyA team-first leader who takes ownership of project outcomesCommitted to delivering exceptional client experiences Qualifications Required 3+ years of experience as a Commercial Construction Project ManagerExperience managing Ground-Up commercial construction projectsExperience with commercial renovations and tenant improvement projectsStrong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and project controlsProficiency in:ProcoreMicrosoft ProjectBluebeamExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Preferred Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineer
