We are currently recruiting a Commercial Agreement Specialist to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role is part of a global team working towardcommon goals. We operate as one company, across all locations, with shared responsibility andclear accountability. Key Responsibilities Prepare standard contracts and amendments using approved templates.Support the creation, filing, and tracking of contract documents.Ensure all contract records are accurately maintained in the contract management system.Assist with simple supplier onboarding documentation.Explain basic contract terms, policies, and procedures to internal teams.Support compliance checks and routine audits. Education & Certifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Supply Chain, or related field.Basic contract law or procurement coursework preferred.Certificate of Completion in Paralegal Studies or a post degree Certificate Experience & Technical Skills 2-5 years' experience in contract administration, procurement, or related office roles.Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Basic understanding of document management or procurement systems.
