Position Overview:The Commercial Accounts Manager is responsible for directly managing and developing a team Admins +Lot Specialists to ensure single threaded leadership, connecting digital and physical work to align withauction processes and customer expectations. The Commercial Accounts Manager role directly overseesall aspects of the commercial account process.Depending on site size, this role will also oversee front office functions, including title work, customerservice, clerical processes, and sale day services. This role is not visa eligible.What you'll be doing:Lead the Commercial Accounts Team:• Lead the commercial accounts team to ensure maximum efficiency of our commercial business.• Leverage strong understanding of customer account SLA's and company procedures. Monitorcommercial accounts through reporting, industry news, and direct customer engagement toidentify trends and opportunities. Work with other teams to ensure compliance with sale planlayouts, marketing plans, SLA's, corporate initiatives, and other directives.(Depending on site size) Lead the Front Office Team:• Lead the front office team to ensure maximum efficiency of our administrative processes,including title work, customer service, accounts receivables and invoicing.• Maintain and apply a strong working knowledge of state motor vehicle regulations, accountsreceivable procedures, and standard office practices.Teams Led:• All sites: Account Administrators, Lot Specialists• Depending on site size: + Front Office, Titles, Block ClerksAll Manager Roles:• Lead auction activities to drive retention, profitability, customer experience, and safety. Monitorand ensure adherence to systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards.• Influence and lead others as a people, customer, and business manager. Engage with customersand employees in a transparent, reliable, and positive manner• Participate in the development and execution of strategic plans, goals, processes, and objectives,ensuring alignment with those of the company. Identify and implement appropriate staffing andscheduling needed based on workload and volume.• Proactively communicate information to team members, providing a clear understanding ofexpectations, performance measures, and goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimizeprocesses.• Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned team; identify team's strengths and weaknesses;determine areas of opportunity and the appropriate steps to improve.• Provide training, mentoring, and accountability to direct reports and succession planningthrough appropriate coaching, leadership development, training, and performancemanagement.• Create a work and team environment that inspires positive communication, team cohesion, andadherence to Carvana's Values.• Conscientiously work in ways that decrease the possibility of injury to yourself or other teammembers due to spills or other preventable hazardous conditions.What the job requires:To be able to do your job at Carvana, there are some basic requirements we want to share with you.• Bachelor's degree preferred• High School Diploma or GED equivalent• Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience• Minimum 1 year of leadership/supervisory experience• (small site) Demonstrated knowledge of state motor vehicle regulations• Proven ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail• Ability to effectively delegate tasks to team members• Confidentiality and integrity while handling sensitive information• Proven ability to manage deliverables and metrics against aggressive targets and timelines• Proficiency with computer systems and applications• Ability to maintain high volume and high-quality content in a fast-paced environment.• Ability to communicate and interact with others effectively in a professional, courteous manner.• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both written and oral• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.• Ab
