Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPay: 100% Commission (Typical Earnings: $150,000-$300,000+ annually)Schedule: Full-time, flexible (generally Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM; additional hours as needed)Department: Retail Reports to: General ManagerFLSA Status: Sales ExemptAbout the Role We're looking for a driven and consultative Comfort Consultant to help customers make informed decisions about their HVAC systems. This role is focused on building long-term relationships, educating homeowners, and designing customized comfort solutions that improve indoor environments.As a key part of our team, you'll combine technical expertise with strong sales skills-guiding customers through equipment options, system design, financing, and project execution.
