K.L. McKinney is seeking experienced attorneys to join as Partners in their Colorado Commercial Litigation Practice Area. This role offers significant autonomy, flexibility, and the potential for long-term growth within a modern, technology-enabled law firm that prioritizes collaboration and client relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a Partner in the Commercial Litigation Practice Area
  • Develop and support client relationships
  • Manage business-related disputes from investigation through trial or settlement
  • Analyze contracts and issues to develop legal strategies
  • Draft key litigation documents
  • Coordinate with clients and legal team
  • Maintain a portable book of business valued at $350K
  • Appear in court or before agencies in licensed jurisdictions as needed

Required skills

  • 57+ years of practice experience
  • Background at an AmLaw 100/200 firm, respected regional firm, or sophisticated boutique
