Overview

National Service Bureau (NSB) is seeking an experienced Collections Manager to lead their call center operations focused on Accounts Receivable Management and Subrogation. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and engaged in personal growth, responsible for meeting call center and collections goals while managing a remote team.

Key responsibilities

  • Analyze, evaluate, and report on performance, service, KPIs, and other metrics
  • Make recommendations for action plans
  • Provide continued training and education
  • Implement operational strategies for call center and collections
  • Conduct daily personnel management and oversight
  • Perform regular 1:1s and annual performance reviews
  • Recommend changes to employee levels based on activity and performance
  • Enforce company policies and hold team members accountable

Required skills

  • 3-5+ years in high volume collections management
  • Experience managing a remote team environment
  • Call center operations scheduling and running call campaigns
  • Excellent collections management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of compliance
  • Positive attitude and ability to motivate a team
