Overview

Coast Counties Peterbilt PacLease is seeking a Rental Manager to drive growth in their commercial truck rental business. The role involves overseeing rental revenue, fleet management, and customer retention while developing a high-performance team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a rental sales and marketing plan to increase utilization and revenue
  • Manage rental fleet size and mix for demand and ROI optimization
  • Ensure accurate completion of rental contracts and customer equipment readiness
  • Oversee accounts receivable and financial reporting for the rental business
