Overview

Adelphi Staffing, LLC is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife for a locum tenens position at Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital in Arlington, Texas. This role involves providing full-scope midwifery care, managing patient care during labor and delivery, and collaborating with the OB/GYN team.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide full-scope midwifery care in an inpatient hospital setting
  • Support patients throughout labor and delivery, including first assist duties
  • Manage intrapartum, postpartum, and OB triage patients
  • Perform well-woman gynecologic exams across the lifespan
  • Participate in 12-hour or 24-hour in-house call coverage

Required skills

  • Board Certified
  • Active Texas Medical License
  • Active Texas DEA
  • Minimum of 2 years of full-scope midwifery experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent first assist experience
  • Experience with intrapartum management, postpartum care, OB triage, and gynecologic exams
