Overview

Enjet Aero, LLC specializes in machining and fabricating complex jet engine parts for various aviation sectors. The CNC Turning Machinist is responsible for performing detailed machine setups and operating CNC machines to meet production demands with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform machine setups quickly, accurately, and efficiently
  • Operate machines to produce production runs of parts
  • Read operation sheets and blueprints
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers and supervisors
  • Complete other duties as directed by supervisor

Required skills

  • High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary CNC education preferred
  • 3+ years of CNC machine operation experience
  • Knowledge of Okuma and Fanuc controls
  • Fluency in G & M code
  • Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle complexity
  • Ability to work in a customer-focused, deadline-driven environment
