Overview

Delta Hi-Tech, Inc. is seeking a CNC Repair Technician to join their facility in Acton, California. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing CNC machinery, troubleshooting machine tools and controls, as well as providing preventative maintenance across various CNC equipment. With over 40 years in the industry and a large campus housing over 130 CNC machines, Delta Hi-Tech offers a collaborative work environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair CNC machinery
  • Troubleshoot and repair machine tool equipment and controls
  • Analyze electronic and mechanical problems
  • Utilize machine manuals and documentation to resolve issues
  • Provide preventative maintenance on CNC Lathes, CNC Mills, and CNC Swiss Machines

Required skills

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience servicing CNC machinery
  • Experience with Mitsubishi, FANUC, and/or Siemens control systems
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
