Overview

SEB Professional is seeking a CNC Programmer to join their Montebello, CA team. This role involves interpreting blueprints, setting up equipment, and ensuring quality standards are met for the production of professional coffee machines. The CNC Programmer will also train others and act as a backup to management as needed.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineering on building prototypes
  • Assist in the design and development of machine tooling
  • Set up and operate Turrets, Laser, and Panel Bender
  • Perform first article inspections
  • Adjust machine settings according to established procedures
  • Communicate machine operation or parts defects
  • Make decisions on spending needs for machine shop equipment
  • Assist Machine Operators with questions and problem-solving
  • Identify and repair tool and die issues
  • Verify conformance of workpieces to specifications
  • Source and obtain quotes on machine shop tooling needs
  • Lead training and prepare bench strength
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations
  • Operate electric and hand pallet jacks
