Overview

JARP Industries Inc is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join their team on the 1st shift in Schofield, Wisconsin. The role involves developing and providing programming for computerized machine processes under the direction of the Manufacturing Engineer and CNC Programming Team Lead.

Key responsibilities

  • Write machining programs for new parts as assigned by the Senior Programmer
  • Maintain facilities on routings for current machines
  • Determine machining process from established drawings/prints
  • Write machining programs for parts using CAM software
  • Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds based on design specifications
  • Run simulation tests for programs
  • Create set-up sheets for programmed parts
  • Evaluate programs for efficiency, quality, and safety improvements
  • Review ECN's for potential program changes
