Geo-Flo Corporation, part of Aalberts, is looking for a skilled CNC Operator/Machinist to join their manufacturing team in Bedford, Indiana. The role involves operating and setting up CNC equipment to produce high-quality components while ensuring safety and productivity standards are met.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate CNC lathes, mills, routers, and related equipment
  • Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and offset adjustments
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections using measuring equipment
  • Monitor product quality and make adjustments as needed
  • Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues
  • Maintain accurate production and inspection records
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
  • Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
  • Assist with preventive maintenance activities on CNC equipment

Required skills

  • CNC machining experience
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and tolerances
  • Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
