Position Type: Day Shift - Full-Time - Direct Hire Crucial Link is recruiting for a DIRECT HIRE position - an experienced CNC Milling Hand for a NADCAP-certified aerospace machining manufacturer located in Parma, OH 44129. This position is ideal for someone with strong CNC milling experience who can confidently program, set up, and operate CNC milling equipment. The right candidate will have hands-on experience working with Mori Seiki machines and Fanuc controls. This is not just an operator role - candidates must be able to understand prints, make edits, program as needed, set up jobs, and produce quality parts. Responsibilities: Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machinesWork with Mori Seiki equipment and Fanuc controlsRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specificationsPerform tool changes, offsets, and basic machine adjustmentsInspect finished parts to ensure they meet required tolerancesTroubleshoot machining issues and make necessary correctionsMaintain a clean and safe work areaFollow all company procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards Requirements: Previous CNC milling experience requiredMust be able to program and operate CNC milling machinesExperience with Mori Seiki machines preferredExperience with Fanuc controls requiredAbility to read blueprints and use measuring toolsStrong attention to detail and qualityAbility to work independently and stay productiveReliable attendance and strong work ethic
