Overview

EMT International is looking for a motivated Entry-Level CNC Mill or Lathe Machinist to join their team in Oneida, Wisconsin. This role offers a valuable opportunity for individuals with a machining education or at least one year of hands-on experience to develop their skills in a modern manufacturing environment while producing precision components.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts
  • Assist with machine setup, tooling changes, and offsets
  • Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
  • Perform basic inspections using measuring tools
  • Maintain quality and efficiency standards

Required skills

  • Technical diploma in machining or 1+ year of machining experience
  • Basic understanding of CNC machining concepts
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn
