Diamondback Industries is looking for a skilled CNC Machinist for the Night Shift to join their team in Crowley, Texas. As a leader in Energetics and precision manufacturing, the company focuses on producing high-quality, American-made components while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate Doosan CNC machines with FANUC controls to manufacture components according to specifications
  • Work in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment
  • Use measurement tools and specs to maintain internal quality standards of 99.6%
  • Troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on machines
  • Manage tool offsets and machine load to maximize efficiency
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes
  • Utilize software to monitor and optimize manufacturing processes
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency

Required skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in CNC machining
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds as needed
  • Familiarity with cell-based software for process optimization
