Innovance is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join their Hayward team, focusing on operating and maintaining computer-controlled machinery for manufacturing precision parts. The role emphasizes the importance of quality control and efficiency in the production process.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate CNC machine tools safely and effectively
  • Monitor and control quality of machining processes
  • Maintain production processes within established efficiencies
  • Perform first piece sample inspection according to operation control plan
  • Utilize machine controls for production operations and tool adjustments
  • Maintain lubricants and coolants on machinery
  • Ensure a clean and efficient work environment
  • Operate common machine shop equipment and hand tools
