Job Description

Overview

MachineStation is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join their team as a CNC Sales Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC operations and the ability to respond to customer inquiries while managing leads in the company CRM system.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to all sales leads within 24 hours
  • Assign leads to sales staff based on territory
  • Enter, update and maintain CRM
  • Support sales staff with customer appointments to view machines
  • Attend company trainings and meetings
  • Conduct cold calls to support lead generation
  • Provide minor marketing support
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required skills

  • Experience as CNC Operator/Machinist/Technician
  • Knowledgeable with CNC machines and parts
  • Strong mechanical knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills
