Overview

Mate Precision Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented CNC Machinist for the 1st shift in Anoka, Minnesota. This position involves setting up and operating CNC and conventional machines to produce high-quality precision components while ensuring adherence to quality and productivity standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC and conventional machining equipment
  • Produce precision components according to blueprints and GD&T requirements
  • Inspect work using precision measuring tools
  • Troubleshoot production issues
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts such as 5S and Kaizen events
