Overview

Join Quadrant Health Group as a Part-Time Clinical Support Technician, where you will provide essential support to clinical staff and contribute to a positive client experience during overnight shifts. This role is crucial in empowering individuals to achieve their personal and therapeutic goals within a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain professional, supportive relationships with clients
  • Provide emotional support, encouragement, and guidance to clients and families
  • Ensure client comfort and safety in the residential environment
  • Document client behavior and report observations to clinical staff
  • Supervise urine analysis testing and document in the EMR
  • Observe medication self-administration and document thoroughly
  • Conduct patient rounds and complete vital signs assessments
  • Facilitate groups, outings, and educational sessions
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Required skills

  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the 12-step model of recovery
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and EHR systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Current certification as a SUDRC or RADTI
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certification
