Job Description

Overview

Quadrant Health Group is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Support Technician for the graveyard shift from 11:00 pm to 7:30 am PST. The role involves supporting clinical staff and ensuring a positive experience for clients at the Ocean Coast Recovery Center. The ideal candidate will contribute to client well-being through supervision and engagement while maintaining compliance with clinical standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and staff
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to clients and families
  • Support client comfort and safety in the residential environment
  • Document client behavior and report observations to clinical staff
  • Collect and supervise urine analysis testing and document results
  • Observe self-administration of medication and maintain logs
  • Complete intake assessments and conduct patient rounds every 30 minutes
  • Facilitate groups, outings, and educational sessions
  • Provide crisis intervention and maintain a healthy working environment
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Required skills

  • Understanding of medical terminology and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the 12-step model of recovery
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and electronic health records systems
  • Current certification as a SUDRC or RADTI
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certification
