Overview

The Clinical Nurse Manager at OhioHealth's Riverside Methodist Hospital is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the delivery of evidence-based patient care by nursing staff. This role involves planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating nursing operations while providing leadership and clinical management within a collaborative healthcare team environment.

Key responsibilities

Required skills
