Overview

The Clinical Nurse Manager for Neuro-Surgical Services at OhioHealth is responsible for overseeing the delivery of evidence-based patient care in collaboration with nursing personnel and other healthcare staff. This role includes leadership and clinical management within the designated areas, ensuring alignment with OhioHealth's mission, vision, values, and goals while fostering a nurturing and educational environment for patients and staff.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist the Manager in overseeing patient care delivery and documentation processes.
  • Coordinate nursing care in collaboration with other healthcare disciplines.

Required skills
