Overview

The Clinical Nurse Educator for Trauma Neuro ICU and Med Surg ICU at Mercy plays a pivotal role in supporting orientation, competency programs, and continuing education for nursing staff. This position requires clinical experience and offers opportunities to innovate and enhance patient care within a collaborative and compassionate environment.

Key responsibilities

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or higher (preferred BSN or MSN)
  • 2 years of clinical experience for bachelor's degree holders
  • 10 years of hospital nursing experience for associate's degree holders
  • Active enrollment in RN to BSN program for 5 years of experience
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association
