Key responsibilities include:Supervising and coordinating the activities of laboratory personnel to ensure high-quality testing and timely results.Ensuring all laboratory procedures comply with regulatory standards and safety guidelines.Developing, implementing, and maintaining laboratory policies and procedures.Managing laboratory inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining equipment.Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing ongoing training and development for laboratory staff.Collaborating with other departments to support patient care and laboratory services.Analyzing laboratory data and metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Maintaining accurate documentation and records for all laboratory activities.Required:Bachelor's degree in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, or related fieldMinimum of 2 years direct experience in CLIA high complexity laboratory testing.Located within commutable distance to the lab, or able to relocate quickly PreferredExperience in laboratory supervision, staff management, and compliance monitoringProficiency in molecular lab testing, quality control, and improvement effortsKnowledge of maintaining lab equipment and managing lab suppliesCompensation details: 0 Yearly SalaryPIe7a5b2c84ed0-7006
