Overview

The Clinical Director at Foundry Treatment Center in Steamboat Springs will oversee all clinical operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining high standards of client care. This role involves managing, supporting, and developing staff, as well as contributing to a collaborative treatment environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all clinical operations
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Create a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment
  • Model and implement team connection and collaboration strategies
  • Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and onboarding of staff
  • Conduct performance evaluations and manage training programs
  • Review and ensure quality clinical documentation
  • Provide crisis and program counseling services
  • Attend leadership and quality assurance meetings

Required skills

  • Master's degree with current State license (e.g. LPC, LMFT, LCSW)
  • 5+ years of experience in clinical settings
  • Strong clinical skills in supervision and counseling
  • Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g. HIPAA, JCAHO)
  • Computer literacy and knowledge of EMR and CRM software
  • Current CPR Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
