The Clinic Operational Supervisor at Campbell County Health is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of clinics, ensuring quality patient care, and managing clinical staff under the direction of the Clinic Director. This role involves planning, training, and collaboration with various departments to achieve patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage staff performance and expectations in the clinics
  • Ensure superior patient satisfaction and customer service
  • Participate in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of clinical staff
  • Conduct performance evaluations and manage staff training
  • Develop and maintain departmental budget compliance
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records
  • Monitor and maintain adequate stock of medical supplies
  • Prepare reports and statistical analyses for clinic functions
